We are writing to make you aware that EDIinsight® by Waystar informed us that it experienced a service disruption for eligibility transactions yesterday, Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 11:30 AM CT to 1:54 PM CT.
During this disruption, any eligibility requests submitted between these times remained in a “New” status and were not sent to payers, resulting in no eligibility responses being received.
Action Recommended
EDIinsight has changed the status of these requests to “ERROR.” You will not be billed for these requests since they did not reach the payer. Any requests submitted during this time will need to be resubmitted by the practice.
