This is an important patient safety message impacting a subset of gGastro® clients. We have identified and resolved an issue involving delays in gGastro processing inbound and/or outbound faxes. This issue began on Monday, March 24, 2025, and was resolved today, Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Please note: No faxes were lost due to this issue. Finalization for processing may take several hours.
Action Recommended
We recommend that your practice print or manually fax critical results and orders, and/or contact labs or other medical providers by phone to obtain necessary clinical information, as all the faxes are being finalized.
