[EXPIRED] Issue Identified and Resolved: Limited Functionality with Payment Processing — Wednesday, January 15, 2025

This afternoon, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at approximately 2:26 PM Eastern Time (ET), our team identified an issue involving limited functionality with payment processing. This issue impacted a subset of ModMed® Pay users. Our team resolved this issue at approximately 2:54 PM ET today, January 15, 2025.  

This issue impacted payment processing and may have resulted in payment failures or errors. Practices should review the ModMed Pay Dashboard to determine if the payment was successful. If the payment was unsuccessful, users may retry a payment once or request an alternate form of payment.
