[EXPIRED] Resolution: Patient Safety Alert: Some Clinical Labs May Fail to Appear on the Change Healthcare-Generated Lab Requisition Order Form – October 6, 2024

This is a follow-up to the patient safety communication we sent to you on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, concerning a sporadically occurring issue causing some clinical labs to fail to appear on Change Healthcare-generated lab requisition order forms. This issue, which impacted gGastro® cloud clients, has been resolved. 

The issue began on Sunday, October 6, 2024, with the upgrade to gGastro version 6.3.2. Please note that clinical laboratory orders that are printed or faxed from gGastro were not impacted by this issue.
