We have identified an issue impacting a subset of gGastro® cloud clients, in which inbound and outbound faxes are stuck in “Pending” status. Note: These faxes are not lost; they are merely stuck in “Pending” status.
This issue began with the release of gGastro version 6.3.2 on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Our team is currently investigating this issue.
