Action Required: Resolution: Issues at Change Healthcare Impacting Outbound Lab Ordering — April 18, 2022

Dear Valued Clients:

We are writing to make you aware that the recent issues involving Change Healthcare, in which outbound clinical lab ordering was impacted for a subset of gGastro® clients, on Tuesday, April 18, 2022, have been resolved.  

Action Required: 

Please remove the current Access CORS plugin extension and install the “CORS-Unblocked” plugin extension. In order to do so, please click here for a Quick Reference Guide (QRG), in which the proper configuration steps have been outlined.
