Temporary Hold: Discontinuation of Demand Messaging: March 18, 2022

Dear Valued Clients:

We are writing to make you aware that the patient engagement platform provider for the gReminder+™ tool has informed us that it has placed a temporary hold on its discontinuation of Demand Messaging. On February 4, 2022, we communicated to you that Demand Messaging would be discontinued today, Friday, March 18, 2022.

The patient engagement platform provider has informed us that it is placing the discontinuation on a temporary hold due to its re-evaluation of the parity between Demand Messaging and Broadcast Messenger, and to make any necessary adjustments.

Demand Messaging, as well as the Broadcast Messenger solution that we introduced in late 2020, are both currently available to you as robust mass messaging tools.

We plan to communicate with you when the patient engagement platform provider for the gReminder+ tool has updated us regarding when it plans to discontinue Demand Messaging.

Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our Support Team

Sincerely,

The ModMed Gastroenterology Team
