We plan to update our gGastro® cloud clients to the latest version of gGastro tonight, Wednesday, February 5, 2025. We do not anticipate any downtime during this update. Please note: Users may need to clear their cache when logging in to gGastro tomorrow, Thursday, February 6, 2025.
This update will introduce the new feature “Multi-Tabbed Browsing”. Please take a moment to review the version 6.3 release notes for more details, which are available on Communities for gGastro.
Additionally, this update will resolve the following issues:
- Exception error when navigating the “Patients with Credits Queue.”
- Exception error when interacting with internal messaging.
- Exception error when attempting to sign consents.
- Exception error when interacting with medication import.
- Exception error when interacting with the turnover to agency workflow.
Action Recommended
If you experience an exception error when executing the output manager, please, remove the apostrophe (‘) from the referring physician’s name in the configuration settings. This should allow the output manager to function normally. Alternatively, you may process the note manually using the pull-down menu within the process button. We will communicate with you once this issue is resolved in an upcoming software release.
