The issue causing limited functionality with payment processing, reported on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, has been resolved. This issue impacted a subset of ModMed® Pay users.

Practices should review the ModMed Pay Dashboard to determine if any payment was successful.=
- If the payment was successful, it should be manually recorded in gPM™.
- If the payment does not display as successful on the ModMed Pay Dashboard, please reattempt the transaction by submitting a new payment request.
Please note: The Disputes tab on the ModMed Pay Dashboard is temporarily disabled. Our team will handle disputes via secure email until the dispute functionality is re-enabled.
