Please be advised that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the 2025 ICD-10-CM codes to be used for patient encounters occurring between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025. The 2025 updates to ICD-10-CM codes will take effect on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
We plan to make the updated ICD-10-CM codes available in gGastro® as of October 1, 2024. No version upgrade is required.
While database search results will reflect the updates, any codes that are manually configured in gGastro user lists or other areas must be manually changed to reflect the updated codes.
