Patient Safety Alert: Task Visibility Changes— June 16, 2023

This is an important patient safety message impacting a subset of gGastro® clients. We are writing to make you aware of a task visibility issue that was introduced with the release of v.6.1.3. Our team is aware of the issue and is preparing an update with the fix. In the meantime, you can manually change the filters and expand your chart view by following the steps below.

Scenario #1

Patient Safety Alert:

When reviewing the patient chart, tasks older than 90 days are not consistently showing (due to inadvertent date filtering). To expand the view, you can manually adjust the filters, as below.

Note: The Task history continues to display all content for previous tasks in chronological order.

Scenario #2

Functionality Issue:
My Tasks:  Snoozed tasks are included in the My Tasks list even if the “Include Snoozed Tasks” Checkbox is not checked.

The above issues will be fixed with the cloud deployment scheduled for June 25, 2023. The release will be available for on-premise clients, shortly thereafter.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your practice. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this issue.
