Issue Identified and Resolved: Patients Unable to Use gPortal™

We are writing to inform you that we identified and resolved an issue on Monday, November 29, 2021, in which patients may have been unable to access gPortal™ due to an alert informing them that the date of birth (DOB) they entered was invalid. This issue affected various gGastro® 5.0 versions.
