This is an important follow-up patient safety message to the communication we sent yesterday, Tuesday, October 8, 2024. The issue in which a subset of gGastro® cloud clients experienced inbound and outbound faxes being stuck in “Pending” status has been resolved.
Note: These faxes were not lost; they were previously stuck in “Pending” status. This issue began with the release of gGastro version 6.3.2 on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
