Please closely monitor your outbound fax queue over the next few days to ensure that all faxes with a “failed” status from Thursday, August 24, 2023, through Friday, August 25, 2023, were successfully reprocessed. As a reminder, you can sort and filter the outbound fax queue as seen in the screenshot below.
If you continue to experience outbound faxing issues with newly triggered outbound faxes or identify any faxes that have not successfully reprocessed, please contact our Support Team. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your practice.
