Modernizing Medicine Gastroenterology is launching modmed® Communities – an easy-to-use, intuitive, self-service and customer collaboration platform. We are excited to announce that we plan to make modmed® Communities available to you on January 14, 2021.
Our modmed® Communities joins together educational content, support cases, and a user discussion forum for our gGastro® customers under one umbrella for an enhanced client self-service experience. It will provide access to critical announcements, product knowledge, release notes and trending topics. Additionally, staying connected in this new norm of “social distancing” is now more important than ever. Through its user discussions and idea forums, modmed® Communities can help you connect with your peers.
The platform offers features that will enable you to:
- Self register and maintain your own user profile information
- Login once to access both support and knowledge articles
- Receive suggested knowledge and technical help during case creation
- Browse and search content relevant to the products and services you’ve purchased

If you’re wondering what will happen to the gBus, please know that no new content will be added to gBus once we launch modmed® Communities. We plan to sunset the gBus completely in the weeks following the launch. Also, please note that effective January 1, 2021, with the sunsetting of Adobe Flash, videos and search will no longer be accessible on the gBus.
