Modernizing Medicine® Gastroenterology is excited to announce that it is upgrading its gPM™ patient appointment reminder service from gReminder to gReminder+™ at no additional fee for existing gReminder users.
Additional features you can expect to see in gReminder+ include:
- Appointment reminders with automated text, email and phone calls
- Automated messages that engage “no-show” patients to reschedule
- On-demand messages to help communicate office closures or delays
We are very pleased to provide you with these enhanced capabilities, but your timely action is needed. All current gReminder users will be required to sign a new Order Form by May 1, 2019.
Please click on the following link and provide the necessary information requested accessible here. Once your information has been provided, a member of our implementation team will send you the Order Form for signature.
Additionally, with the new gReminder+ service, your practice has the opportunity to purchase patient satisfaction survey capabilities through our new service, gSurvey™. Existing gReminder clients that sign up for gSurvey at the same time as their move to gReminder+ will incur no implementation fees for those providers adding gSurvey at that time. Just simply pay the monthly per provider fee for gSurvey for those providers.
gSurvey allows you to send automated surveys to your patients after the appointment. Patients will be able to rate the satisfaction of the service received, giving you vital insight into the care you provide. Should patients rate the service as four or five stars, they will be invited to leave a review on one of your selected public review websites (i.e. Healthgrades, Zocdoc, etc).
