Clarification of gGastro 5.1 Cloud Rollout Schedule

We are writing today to clarify the rollout schedule for our latest release of gGastro, version 5.1.  Recently in communications posted to our splash page and ModMed Communities for Gastroenterology we inadvertently gave the impression that all cloud customers were to be upgraded the weekend of October 30-31.  This information was incorrect.  In this case only a small subset of clients were upgraded by design.  These customers received email communications directly.  

Additionally, in order to prepare for this upgrade, some customers who were not included in the wave this weekend may have upgraded their Desktop Client, gMobile or gKiosk.  Rest assured that these applications are backwards compatible with the previous version of gGastro.

Customers will be emailed about their upgrades to version 5.1 directly.   If you, as a main contact do not receive our emails, please contact support as you may have inadvertently opted out of email communications.

We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion that this communication caused.
