If your practice did not submit, or does not plan to submit, Electronic Clinical Quality Measure (eCQM) CMS2v13: Depression Screening and Follow-Up Plan for 2024, please disregard this communication.
We recently identified an issue related to eCQM CMS2v13: Depression Screening and Follow-Up Plan. Due to this issue, our team will perform a system update on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from, 12:01 AM – 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). There will be intermittent periods of application inaccessibility during this time.
Please note: If you plan to submit eCQM CMS2v13 for 2024, or have already submitted this measure for 2024, we are updating the logic used to determine populations for which a patient is qualified based on the clinical actions performed during the measurement period. This may change the calculation related to this measure.
Action Required
To ensure that your submission reflects the corrected adjustments, we require that you review your MIPS Dashboard and resubmit eCQM CMS2v13 for 2024 after we complete this update on March 23, 2025 at 08:00 AM ET.
