Issue Identified ModMed® Pay Funding Report

Our monitoring tools alerted us that some users may be experiencing a display issue in which our ModMed® Pay dashboard is not reflecting funding entries as of today, November 16, 2022.

Please note: This is only a display issue; transactions have been funded as normally scheduled. Our team is currently investigating the issue.

We plan to update you once we have more information available and apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience.
