We are writing to inform you that Interfax, our electronic faxing partner, has made us aware that it experienced a period of limited functionality on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 that impacted outbound fax rendering, which resulted in a higher than normal failed fax count. We believe that this issue has been resolved.
If your practice utilizes a solution outside of electronic faxing provided by Interfax, you were not impacted.
We recommend that you please take a moment to review failed outbound faxes that occurred on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, and resend any failed faxes, if appropriate.
To access the fax queue, please follow the steps below. A screenshot has been included for reference.
- Navigate to Queue Management
- Click on Outbound Faxing
- Filter by date “9/20/22” and status “failed”
- To resend a fax, right-click on the fax and resend
