ModMed® experienced an intermittent issue this morning in which some payments were successfully processed, but did not immediately update in Modernizing Medicine Practice Management.

Our engineering team is currently validating payment records to correct discrepancies within Modernizing Medicine Practice Management. At this time, we recommend that you do not attempt to manually add payment records, as this may cause duplication when we complete automated corrections.
