EDIinsight Notification – Waystar Processing Delay, Wednesday, July 13, 2022

Dear Valued Clients:

We are writing to make you aware that EDIinsight by Waystar has notified us that it is currently experiencing a processing delay for a small subset of routes. This delay impacts claim submission and response retrieval for these routes only, including electronic remittance advice (ERA). Claims files can still be uploaded to EDIinsight; however, the claims for these specific routes will not process until the issue has been resolved.

Waystar has informed us that it is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and that claim submission and response retrieval will resume once the issue has been resolved. No provider action is required at this time. 

We plan to update you once Waystar has provided us with more information.
