Dear Valued Clients:
We plan on updating our gGastro® Cloud clients to the latest version of gGastro the weekend of July 9–July 10, 2022.
Please note: The Cloud environment will have intermittent periods of application inaccessibility during this time.
There is no update to Desktop Client required for this version. We encourage you nonetheless to update to the most recent version of Desktop Client, v.18.104.22.168, available for download if you have not done so already. To do so, please have your IT support services download this new version, available on ModMed Communities here.
- The Desktop Client tool allows the browser to communicate with certain ancillary devices (image capture, scanning, importing, etc).
- This version is backward compatible with gGastro v.5.2.1 or higher.
Mobile Application Compatibility
For those practices utilizing devices with gKiosk™ and gGastro® Mobile, we released our version 5.3 gKiosk (available on Apple devices only) and gGastro Mobile (available on Apple and Android devices) applications on Monday, June 27, 2022. These are recommended for the gGastro v.5.3 release.
Our recorded informational webinar on gGastro v.5.3 will be posted on ModMed Communities for viewing in the coming days.
