gGastro® Cloud Users – Issue Identified Involving Tasking

Dear Valued gGastro® Cloud Clients:

We are writing to make you aware of an issue involving Tasking, and to provide you with a temporary workflow while we work to resolve this issue. 
This issue was introduced with gGastro® version 5.2.

As users work through their Tasks, if the User Preference is set to “Next task” (a screenshot is included below for reference), they may experience one of the following situations as they work through their Tasks:

  • Temporary disappearance of tasking action buttons 
  • Exception Error when attempting to complete the task 

We ask that users utilize the following workaround while our team works to resolve it in a near-term upcoming release:

  • Change User Preferences to “Tasks list” to prevent the above situations. A screenshot is included below for reference.

As a best practice workflow reminder, when processing Results Tasks, the SAVE button is REQUIRED to properly save Notes or Chart Remarks within a Task.
