Limited Support Staff Availability — January 24–25, 2022 Beginning at 11:45 AM Eastern Time

In order for our Customer Success associates to attend our 2022 Annual Kickoff company meeting, all Customer Success departments, including Support, will be unavailable Monday, January 24 and Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 11:45 AM until approximately 5:00 PM Eastern Time each day.

Please submit your Support requests via modmed® Communities for gGastro® or email at gSupport@modmed.com during this time. We plan to have limited staff available to monitor voicemails and Support case submissions for any urgent issues that may arise. For non-urgent issues that may arise, we will attempt to respond as soon as possible after 5:00 PM Eastern Time on January 24 and January 25.
