EDIinsight by Waystar has been notified that NORIDIAN is experiencing connectivity issues.
NORIDIAN is actively working to resolve the issues but does not have an ETA on a resolution.
This issue will delay the submission of claims and retrieval of response files (including 835/Remit files).
We will submit all outstanding claims and download responses as soon as this issue has been resolved.
