We have been informed by our e-prescribing third party, DrFirst, that they will be performing maintenance and updating their IP ranges. These updates are expected to impact gGastro® prescribing, refill, and formulary features.
Downtime is expected on November 7, 2021 between 12:00 AM Eastern Time – 4:00 AM Eastern Time.
Outbound prescriptions and inbound refills will be queued during that time and will process once the downtime period is complete.
After the maintenance is completed all DrFirst production traffic will be operating from IP ranges of 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199.
Client Action May be Required:
Your local IT may restrict server, workstation, or network level traffic and may need to add these IP ranges to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
