In order for our Customer Success associates to attend our 2021 Annual Kickoff all-hands meeting, all Customer Success departments, including Support, will be unavailable Monday, January 25, 2021 beginning at 2:30 PM until approximately 5:30 PM ET.

We plan to have limited staff available to monitor voicemails and support case submissions for any urgent issues that may arise.
