Effective 1/01/2021, Passport Health Plan Kentucky is merging with Molina Healthcare Kentucky. Electronic claims will continue to be accepted with EDI payer ID# 61325.
However, providers currently enrolled for EFT/ERA through Instamed must re-enroll through the new payment vendor, ChangeHealthcare ProviderNet.
Providers should have received direct communication from Passport Health Plan about these changes. The Passport News bulletin can be found here:
What this means for providers:
Per the payer, providers who wish to receive EFT and ERA must wait for their first paper check issued after Jan. 1, 2021, and then may re-enroll for EFT and ERA from ChangeHealthcare ProviderNet.
Enrollment instructions will be posted in the EDIinsight Enrollment Manager tool.
